ONLINE STORE

Eettinen Luksus Oy / Ethical Luxury Ltd (VAT FI21402789, Vilhonvuorenkatu 12, FI-00500 Helsinki, Finland, telephone +358 29 000 9191, info(at)eettinenluksus.fi) sells its products to all individuals over the age of 18 to Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Belgium. The prices shown are inclusive of VAT when delivery address is in EU country. Ethical Luxury Ltd also reserves the right to change prices and delivery fees without notice or warning.

ORDERING

Order is placed by adding products to cart and paying the products in a secure payment gateway. All the personal information is handled confidentially. The information given during the ordering process will be used only for processing the order and to send product-specific information such as receipt and invoice. By ordering products from the online store, you are expected to have read, understood, and agreed, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By ordering you accept that your personal information is handled according to our privacy policy.

PAYMENT AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Products and delivery fees are paid beforehand using a secure payment gateway (VismaPay).

Payment options

    1. Credit/Debit cards
      Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard
    2. Digital wallet services
      Masterpass, MobilePay, Pivo Digital wallet services can be used to pay purchases in online store only if online payments are allowed in application settings, and the debit or credit card used can be charged. Payments will be charged to the debit/credit card attached to the wallet. Please find the terms and conditions of each of the digital wallet services at service providers' own website.
    3. Finnish online banking services
      Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP-pankit, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken.

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once the customer has successfully placed an order, an order confirmation is sent from the online store to confirm the receipt of the order. Additionally, an e-mail from the VismaPay/Paybyway Oy will be sent to confirm the payment.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND FEES

Free shipping is offered for all orders over 50,00 euros destined to Finland and for all orders over 80,00 euros destined outside of Finland.

DELIVERY TIME

Items are normally available for dispatch within 1-3 working days. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, Ethical Luxury Ltd will notify you via e-mail or telephone to discuss your options. Ethical Luxury Ltd cannot be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising out of any cause outside our reasonable control. Information about unusual delivery times can be found on our homepage.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Shipments delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes or other additional costs and charges. The customer shall pay all the import charges and all other related costs and charges. It is a liability of the customer to prepare for customs clearance.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

The customer has a legal right (Directive 2011/83/EU) to cancel and return the order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason and without a justification.

Cancellation request must be received in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. Cancellation request must contain at least name and address of the buyer, order date and details of the product(s). The information can be provided either by email to info(at)eettinenluksus.fi or by using the Contact Form on eettinenluksus.fi/en.

After the cancellation notice has been processed, the customer will receive detailed instructions, how to return the products. The goods must be returned to us unused and as new together with their original packaging within 14 days of the cancellation request. The cost of return must be paid by the customer. The cancellation request must be attached to the return package. Once an item has been opened and used this product becomes non-returnable. We do not reclaim packages that lack cancellation request.

The payment will be refunded using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving of the cancellation request if goods are returned.

All complaints regarding products or delivery must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods by e-mail (info(at)eettinenluksus.fi) or by telephone +358 29 000 9191 (Mon-Fri 09:00 – 15:00 UTC+2).

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

Non-redemption is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For a package that has not been redeemed and for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge handling and transport costs up to a maximum of EUR 25.
