Order is placed by adding products to cart and paying the products in a secure payment gateway. All the personal information is handled confidentially. The information given during the ordering process will be used only for processing the order and to send product-specific information such as receipt and invoice. By ordering products from the online store, you are expected to have read, understood, and agreed, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The customer shall pay all the import charges and all other related costs and charges. It is a liability of the customer to prepare for customs clearance.<\/p>\r\n CANCELLATION AND RETURNS<\/b><\/p>\r\n The customer has a legal right (Directive 2011\/83\/EU) to cancel and return the order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason and without a justification.<\/p>\r\n Cancellation request must be received in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. Cancellation request must contain at least name and address of the buyer, order date and details of the product(s). The information can be provided either by email to info(at)eettinenluksus.fi or by using the Contact Form on eettinenluksus.fi\/en.<\/p>\r\n After the cancellation notice has been processed, the customer will receive detailed instructions, how to return the products. The goods must be returned to us unused and as new together with their original packaging within 14 days of the cancellation request. The cost of return must be paid by the customer. The cancellation request must be attached to the return package. Once an item has been opened and used this product becomes non-returnable.
